Features, and what they can’t do.

Four tabs and a filing reader. Each feature says whether it needs an AI key and what its limits are.

01

Today

The first screen you see: what happened to your stocks yesterday.

AI keyNot needed

  • New filings for your watchlist, in time order. Each card shows a topic tag, the subject and one fact extracted by the app, such as self-reported EPS or a contract amount.
  • Routine filings are folded into a stack by fixed rules based on filing category and subject keywords. Anything the rules cannot classify stays visible.
  • Monthly revenue: “September revenue NT$1.28 billion, +6.1% vs. the same month last year.” The changes vs. the previous month and vs. the same month last year are taken from the figures the exchange publishes.
  • Ex-dividend dates and amounts for your watchlist over the next three weeks.
  • With an empty watchlist, it helps you search and add stocks. It never shows “trending” lists or picks stocks for you.

Limits

  • Filings are one day delayed: they come from the exchanges' end-of-day OpenAPI snapshot.
  • New-filing alerts are not guaranteed and may be late. A daily reminder can also prompt you to open the app at a set time, Monday to Friday; the app has no trading calendar, so it also reminds you on market holidays that fall on those days.

02

Watchlist and stock pages

A list you chose, with facts only.

AI keyNot needed

  • Each row: code, name, close, change, latest monthly revenue growth, P/E and dividend yield.
  • Sort by your own order, by code or by change. There is no “recommended” order.
  • Stock pages have four sections: filings, revenue, financials and theses. Gross, operating and net margins are computed by the app.
  • Search listed and OTC companies by code or name.

Limits

  • The free version holds 5 stocks.
  • Period-over-period comparison needs two periods. The exchanges publish only the current quarter, so history builds up on your phone from install day; you can compare once the next quarter is out.

Pro

  • Unlimited watchlist.

03

Filing reader and AI summaries

Filings split into paragraphs and tables; with a key, an AI summarizes the key points with sources.

AI keyNeeded for AI summaries

  • Structured reading (no key needed): the original is split into numbered paragraphs, fields such as the date of occurrence are laid out as a table, and long numbers get thousands separators.
  • AI summaries: before the first time each kind of content goes to each provider, the app explains what will be sent and to whom, and sends only with your consent; switching to a free model brings a separate explanation and a separate consent. It shows an estimated token count before sending.
  • Every point has a source chip. Tap it to jump to that paragraph of the original, highlighted in amber.
  • AI answers go through a wording check. If an answer reads like investment advice, the app asks for a rewrite once; if it still does, the whole answer is hidden and only the computed figures and the original are shown.
  • The numbers in an AI answer are checked against the original text that each point cites. A point whose numbers do not match is not shown, and the app tells you how many points were hidden. The check cannot guarantee that everything the AI says is right, so tap the source to confirm.
  • In English or Simplified Chinese, the AI summarizes in your language; the original always stays in Chinese and is labeled “Original”.
  • If something looks wrong, tap “Report this summary”; answers in Q&A and thesis checks can be reported too. Reports stay on your phone; you decide whether to export and send them to us.

Limits

  • AI can misread or miswrite figures. Tap the source; the original prevails.
  • Free models vary in quality and have daily limits.
  • AI costs are billed to your provider account.

04

Theses

Write down your own thinking, then check it against the facts later.

AI keyNot needed

  • A thesis is one company, one claim, a few reasons, and what would change your mind.
  • Pick the company from a search menu instead of typing a code.
  • The Theses section on a stock page lists your theses for that company. A thesis’s detail page lists that company’s filings from the past 60 days.

Limits

  • The free version holds 3 theses.

Pro

  • Unlimited theses.

05

Scorecard: did you beat 0050?

Look back at your own trades and compare them with the same cash flows put into 0050.

AI keyNot needed (except statement import)

  • Enter trades by hand: date, code, buy or sell, shares and price. Broker fee discount, minimum fee and securities transaction tax (0.3% for stocks, 0.1% for ETFs) are calculated automatically and can be overridden per trade.
  • Cash dividends are entered by hand.
  • Method: the same dates and amounts go into 0050 instead, including fees and tax, handling splits, and taking dividends as cash. You get the annualized return (XIRR) for both and the net value if everything were sold today.
  • Expand to see every cash flow.

Limits

  • This looks back at your own record and says nothing about the future; 0050 is only a benchmark.

Pro

  • Multiple portfolios.
  • Statement import (photo, library or PDF): on iOS, text is recognized on your phone first. iPhones running iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence organize it on the device and send nothing; in other cases the app sends the recognized text to your chosen AI provider, switching to images only for pages with no recognizable text, after asking for consent. If no trades can be read from the text, you can choose to send all pages as images to the same provider instead. On Android, text is not recognized on the phone: every page (up to the first 5) is sent as an image to your chosen AI provider, after asking for consent, and the consent screen says that images will be sent. You confirm every trade before it is saved.

06

More

The parts that make it comfortable to use.

AI keyNot needed

  • Traditional Chinese, English and Simplified Chinese interface.
  • Dark mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion.
  • Choose between green-up/red-down (the English default) and red-up/green-down (the Chinese default, the Taiwan convention).

Pro

  • Home Screen widgets.
  • Export your watchlist, theses, trades and dividends (no AI keys, no market data).
  • iCloud sync to your own private iCloud database, off by default. AI keys and market data are not synced.

Free and Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paying adds capacity and convenience, never more analysis.

The table above describes the iOS version. The Android version is still in development and not yet available. Its Pro is also a one-time purchase (through Google Play) and already includes an unlimited watchlist and theses, multiple portfolios, export and statement import. New-filing alerts (the app is only occasionally woken in the background, so delivery is not guaranteed) and the Monday-to-Friday daily reminder are done too. Home-screen widgets and browsing the provider’s full model list are done too; iCloud sync exists only on iOS. Statement import on Android does not recognize text on the phone: every page (up to the first 5) is sent as an image to the AI provider you chose, after asking for your consent.

Data sources

End-of-day public data from the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taipei Exchange, including material announcements, monthly revenue, financial statements, closing prices and dividend information.

The app makes requests only when you open it or open a stock, and caches and throttles them on your phone to avoid burdening the sources. End-of-day data is published once a day, so the app goes by each source’s usual publishing time: it does not ask for the same data again before the next update, and it does not re-download data that has not changed. As a safety net, it also checks again after at most 6 hours (2 hours when you pull to refresh). The company list is checked about once a week, and financial statements at most once a day.

If a data source replies that it is too busy or has received too many requests (HTTP 429 or 503), the app stops sending any request to that website for 5 minutes up to 6 hours, even if you restart the app. If you turn on new-filing alerts, the system also wakes the app in the background from time to time to check the two filing endpoints (Listed and OTC), at most once every 6 hours and again without re-downloading unchanged data. We run no servers that re-host the data.

Retention: for companies on your watchlist, in your theses or in your portfolios, quotes and filings are kept with no expiry. For other companies, quotes are kept for about 45 days (only the latest is shown) and filings for about 400 days. Cached AI summaries are kept for up to 90 days. You can clear market data and the AI cache in Settings; doing so never touches your watchlist, theses or trades.
